In Oblix West, guests will be treated to a sit down ‘brunch-style’ dinner, with executive chef, Marcus Eaves, having created a limited edition Night Brunch menu, to be accompanied by unlimited serves of drinks, especially for the occasion. To start will be an unlimited selection of starters for the table which can include choices such as Diver scallops with truffle & artichoke, King crab cake with watercress & wasabi mayo, Marinated tuna slices with avocado, garlic and chilli or Beef carpaccio with white truffle, parmesan cheese and herbs. For the mains, highlights include some of Oblix’s most-loved dishes such as Pepper steak with creamy peppercorn sauce, Whole lobster with lemon verbena & garlic butter and BBQ black cod with coriander salsa. In addition, the table will enjoy a selection of sides as well as a luxurious dessert platter. The New Year’s Eve Night Brunch menu will cost £300 to include unlimited Billecart Salmon Champagne, wine, spirits, beer and soft drinks. Guests can also treat themselves to free-flowing Dom Perignon, on top of the original drinks package, for a total of £550. Following dinner, celebrations will move over into Oblix East, to see in the New Year in style.
