Guests are invited to come and savour the quality for themselves by way of a one-off pairing dinner not to be missed! Creators of some of the most sought after wines in the world today, Oblix are delighted to be welcoming Domaine Guigal to The Shard.

The most famous producer in Côte Rôtie and one of the finest in the Rhône Valley, Guigal pioneered the notion of single vineyard Côte Rôtie. His attitude towards winemaking centres on low yields, organic viticulture and little-to-no intervention in the cellars – in short, a respect for nature and a passion for the wine itself.

Executive Chef, Marcus Eaves, has carefully crafted a four course menu, expertly designed to perfectly pair with each of the exceptional pours served on the evening. To round off this exclusive tasting experience, Brand Ambassador, Brett Crittenden, will be on hand to guide guests through each of the specially selected wines and answer any questions they may have.

Bookings can be made for up to 8 guests, allocated across our shared Library Table in Oblix West.
