Pairing Dinner: The World of Whisky

When it comes to enjoying whisky, does origin impact flavour; can production processes affect refinement…and does age really matter? These are questions we hope to explore further.

Join us as we delve into the wonderful world of whisky by way of a four course tasting menu expertly designed to complement and enhance a flight of specially-selected whiskies from across the globe. The catch? No labels, no origin. Not yet, at least.

Diners will be let in on the age of the whiskies at hand and hints of origin will be provided in the accompanying dishes – the rest is to be left to taste. It is, after all, taste that matters.

An exciting dining experience for whisky connoisseurs and novices alike, book now for the most fun you can have on a Tuesday and perhaps learn a thing or two in the process! Reservations can be made for up to 8 guests, allocated across one of the communal tables in Oblix East.
