This summer, we are celebrating in style with the launch of our month-long bottomless seafood brunch, taking place every Saturday in Oblix East throughout August. Executive Chef Marcus Eaves has created a menu that best evokes the crisp and revitalising flavours associated with the sea, culminating in a combination of fresh fish, seasonal dishes and bottomless Champagne.
The menu is a cornucopia of seafood dishes; capturing the light, fresh tastes of summer. Alongside the three-course menu, the show-stopping seafood counter will feature bracingly fresh and responsibly-sourced fish dishes. Guests will have the option of upgrading their brunch by opting for free-flowing Billecart champagne.
The three-course brunch and seafood counter will be priced at £70 and available on Saturday from 12pm-3:30pm. As part of Oblix’s bottomless summer, free-flowing Billecart champagne can be added for £45 per person.
