Every Friday to Sunday, Oblix West offers a brunch menu. Executive Chef Marcus Eaves has created a menu that combines a mix of contemporary classics with an array of innovative seasonal dishes to tantalize the palate.
The menu is a plethora of dishes; encapsulating the fresh tastes of the season. Guests also have the option of upgrading their brunch by opting for free-flowing champagne for an additional £60 per person.
Guests can kick start their feast with sharing a choice of starters such as truffle flatbread, pancetta & ricotta, before moving to mains, featuring the likes of line caught seabass, lemon hollandaise amongst many others. Making sure no one goes hungry, Oblix has also catered to vegetarians and vegans, with a small selection of plant based dishes.
Finishing off the meal on a sweet note, a dessert platter is served for the whole table to share.
